Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

These FAQs apply to purchases completed directly on 3dmodels.gr via PayPal. For purchases on 3rd-party marketplaces, please refer to their policies.

1) Do I need to register to buy?

No. You can purchase directly without creating an account.

2) What payment methods are supported?

We accept PayPal. Payments are processed securely in USD.

3) How do I get the download link?

After PayPal marks your payment as Completed, our system automatically sends you an email from 3dmodels.gr containing the download URL for your 3D model. In some cases you may also see the link or related note in your PayPal receipt/transaction details.

  • Check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders.
  • The subject usually includes your model name and the order/invoice ID.

4) I didn’t receive the email. What should I do?

Please allow a few minutes and check Spam/Junk. If it’s still missing, contact us via the “Message” button and include your PayPal Transaction ID or Invoice ID. We’ll re-send the link.

5) Can I buy the same model more than once?

Yes. These are digital goods—each successful payment creates a new order and you will receive the download email again.

6) Is there a download limit or expiry?

No, there is no limit! You can download your 3D model as many times as you need.

7) What file formats and license are included?

The product page lists supported formats (e.g., .max, .blend, .c4d, .fbx, .obj, .stl) and details (textures/materials, polygons/vertices). Unless otherwise stated, models are provided under our Standard License.

8) Refunds / exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please review the product images and description before purchasing.

9) PayPal error at checkout

If PayPal shows a generic error, try again later or use a different PayPal account/card. If the issue persists, contact us and include a screenshot or the PayPal flow ID. We’re happy to help.
